Archaeological excavation La Vigie Koksijde

Hello,
In march we warried out an archaeological excavation at the well known 'La Vigie' villa in Koksijde. This was the place of Wn Geier that housed Lei. Flak. Abt. 993. Next to the villa, we unearthed a couple of structures, probably dating back to WW2: A brick bunker (1), a brick post (2), a platform in concrete tiles (3) and a filled in trench, once revetted with wood (4).
Here are a couple of pictures of these structures. The full picture archive is to be seen on our public dbase: https://apps.monument.be/web/monument/a ... c0010acabb
general situation:
structure 1 brick bunker
structure 2 brick post
structure 3 platform
I would appreciate your thoughts on these structures and their function. Also, I wondered if someone could help us with maps and/or aireal pictures whereon this position is indicated. Any historical information whatsoever is welcome.
Many thanks,
Bert
